Greeting new friends! I am Jessica. I have lived in Chester County for most of my life and have made amazing connections with the community I am surrounded by. My husband and I chose to take a completely different road in life and move to Ridgway for the opportunity to spread out and start enjoying a simpler life. I still work with the farmer in Chester County who has a small farm raising American Wagyu. I get the suet and fat and render it down into tallow and from there, my products can be created.
