One of 10 collectible trail pins, this Kinzua Bridge State Park pin commemorates the history of the Kinzua Bridge, dating back to 1882 when between 40 and 125 men worked on the iron viaduct, completing it in only 94 days with no casualties. Following an F-1 tornado in 2003, the bridge was reinvented and constructed into the Kinzua Skywalk in 2011, attracting visitors from all over the world to Mount Jewett, PA, McKean County.

Created in 1804, McKean County is named for Declaration of Independence signer Thomas McKean and has a rich history founded on the lumber and oil industries. The county has been involved in historic American events such as the Underground Railroad, the Civil War and the invention of the Zippo lighter.  It is home to one of the world's oldest operating oil refineries and is the birthplace of the American endangered species movement.

Various heritage sites marked along the trail map within historic McKean County offer their own uniquely designed collectible pins, including the Allegheny National Forest Visitors Bureau, Zippo/Case Museum, Marilyn Horne Museum & Exhibit Center, Penn Brad Oil Museum, Eldred WWII Museum, McKean County Historical Society, McCleery Discovery Center, Lynn Hall and Serenity Glass Park.  Collect them all and display them on your Collectible Pin Trail Lanyard, sold separately.
