We believe that superfood can be simple. The future of farming lies in sustainable practices that respect and preserve our natural resources. Owned and operated by Potter County natives Kris and Traci Bretz, MCM was started out of a desire for locally grown sustainable food. We hand craft and grow our produce with a variety of commercial and wild PA mushroom genetics and locally sourced materials. Our vision is a world where fresh, healthy superfoods are accessible to everyone, fostering a community that values sustainability, stewardship, and the joy of growing their own food. Located in the heart of Coudersport, on scenic Rt6, our shop specializes in hydroponic greens and gourmet mushrooms, as well as a variety of mycological supplies, dried goods, and at home mushroom grow kits.
