Our Story

"It's a BEAUTIFUL day in TIoga County--and the PA WILDS! Everyday, as a photographer, I live on the edge of light...they call me the Suncatcher...and the Nightstalker. Let me show you the beauty of our area through my eyes... and my camera's lens."

I grew up and live in the PA Wilds, one of the most magnificent places on earth! My father used to say, "It's a beautiful day in Tioga County" and now that he is gone, I say that every single day...."It IS a beautiful day in Tioga County".

I am a self-taught photographer and author who after retirement had an impulsive idea that I wanted to write a guidebook to the Pine Creek Rail Trail. I took two years to research the book and to take photos for illustrations.

The Guidebook is now a best seller and my photography skills have improved over time.

These days I write for numerous regional and national publications and can say that I am an award-winning author and photographer. 

But my theme...my motto... is always the same: "It's a BEAUTIFUL day in Tioga County...and the PA WILDS.
