Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt in the original, unused, undamaged condition. Additionally, I ask that the buyer contact me with the intent to return within 4 days of receipt of item. Refund can be given as credit for further purchases or as money back when the undamaged item is received.
Shipping costs are not refundable for purchases.
Each summer I am entralled by the beautiful periwinkle blue chicory blooms which open daily to my delight and joy.
Details of Chicory blooms embellish one end of this 8x54" silk scarf. After the background color was painted and steam-set, the blooms were drawn by hand onto the silk using silk dyes and a special medium which prevented the dye from running along the fibers. The scarf was steamed a second time to set the image onto the silk.
This one-of-a-kind piece is hand washable.
The artist choses to steam set silk dyes (vs. chemical set) to produce an eco-friendly product.
