How do I contact a Maker?

If you need to contact a Maker (seller) with a question regarding an item, look for the gray box to learn more about the Maker, their location, rating, and how to contact them should you have a question about an item or your order.

You can also contact a Maker you’ve purchased an item from, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders” in the customer dashboard. From there you can locate the item you purchased to find the appropriate Maker to contact.
