Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt in the original, unused, undamaged condition. Additionally, I ask that the buyer contact me with the intent to return within 4 days of receipt of item. Refund can be given as credit for further purchases or as money back when the undamaged item is received.

Each kit includes the materials needed to complete two 6x9 watercolor paintings on quality watercolor paper. Designed for ages 9+ by Julie Mader, a PA Wilds juried artist and professional teaching artist who loves to share the joy of making art.
Each Uncle Penn's Watercolor Kit includes: two 6x9" painting templates printed on heavy 140# watercolor paper, one reusable paint palette with mixing wells and watercolor pigments, pipette, round taklon watercolor brush, images of painting examples, painting hints, tips and techniques, and a practice card.
