Refund Policy
As we roast to order, the following rules apply:
- To receive a refund, unused portions of coffees must be returned at the customer's expense.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after purchase date.
- To request a return, please contact us at sales@alabastercoffee.com.
- Merchandise must be in new / unworn / unused condition.
