In the heart of Nisbet, Pennsylvania, Laura Carson had a dream – a dream fueled by her love for dogs and a passion for baking. Drawing inspiration from her own furry companions and the bustling dog-loving community around her, Laura embarked on a journey to create something truly special. With determination and a sprinkle of creativity, she founded Biscuit Authority, a small local dog biscuit company that would soon capture the hearts (and taste buds) of pups far and wide.

Open skies, rolling mountains, and forest abound in the Allegheny National Forest (ANF), Pennsylvania's only National Forest. 

This National Forest, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023, was established in 1923 and covers 517,000 acres. That’s public land… set aside for folks from all walks of life to be able to enjoy, explore, relax, and appreciate.
