Jenny Garrison is the author of two books, "Yoga with Trees," and "Imagery In You: Mining for Treasure in Your Inner World." She is author of the audio CD, "Gentle Yoga with Jenny Garrison." Jenny is a Kripalu trained yoga teacher with many credentials in the field of inner imagery. She is available to those who value inner exploration by way of workshops which explore gentle yoga, yoga with trees, and imagery.  Jenny lives with her husband and animals in the woods of Northern Pennsylvania.

Her book, "Yoga with Trees," is a delightful guidebook filled with simple illustrations accompany basic instructions for doing yoga poses with trees. The stories and teachings have been carefully chosen to help strengthen the human connection with the trees. This book is for the young and the young at heart of all ages! All yoga levels, from beginner to advanced, are invited to feel a deepening relationship with themselves, the trees, the natural world, and yoga through the teachings held within these pages.

Illustrations and clear instructions guide the reader into yoga poses with the trees as a partner. Centering, core strength, and 27 poses are included as aspects of a basic practice.  Relationship with trees is explored through guided imagery instruction and examples, real life stories, poems, and practices such as tree branch smudging, remembering the trees of childhood, and breathing with trees.
