What does Der Mutterschaf Kase cheese taste like?

Goot Essa Der Mutterschaf Kase is another all-natural gourmet cheese produced from sheep milk... in fact, mutterschaf means "mother sheep" or "ewe." This traditional Amish recipe is an artisanal, semi-soft Tomme-style cheese with a creamy texture.  The rich, diverse flavor has notes of butter, earth and finishes with a slightly citrus tang accented by the fatty acids of sheep milk.

What does Marn Vom Berge Kase cheese taste like?

Goot Essa Marn Vom Berge is a gourmet, pasteurized goat milk bloomy rind cheese. This all-natural, hand-made, cheese has all the rich grass notes of a highland pasture combined with tangy cream and a mild earthy finish of light mushroom. The locally produced milk is turned into cheese in our cheese shop using a traditional German-Swiss recipe which was originally used when cheese needed to be made in a hurry.
